Well, there is no reaction shown... but it does not matter. Suppose

#A + B -> C + D#

has

#K_c = ([C][D])/([A][B])#.

If we then rewrite it as

#1/2C + 1/2 D -> 1/2 A + 1/2 B#,

then

#color(blue)(K_c') = ([A]^(1//2)[B]^(1//2))/([C]^(1//2)[D]^(1//2))#

#= 1/(([C]^(1//2)[D]^(1//2))/([A]^(1//2)[B]^(1//2)))#
