Well, there is no reaction shown... but it does not matter. Suppose

A + B -> C + D

has

K_c = ([C][D])/([A][B]).

If we then rewrite it as

1/2C + 1/2 D -> 1/2 A + 1/2 B,

then

color(blue)(K_c') = ([A]^(1//2)[B]^(1//2))/([C]^(1//2)[D]^(1//2))

= 1/(([C]^(1//2)[D]^(1//2))/([A]^(1//2)[B]^(1//2)))

= 1/(([C][D])/([A][B]))^(1//2)

= color(blue)(1/(K_c^(1//2)))
