Well, I would call it aluminum cation, but...
...if you want to be fancy, you could call it hexaaquaaluminum(III).
Each ligand is water, known as an aqua ligand, so six of them gives "hexaaqua". Then we specify the oxidation state and use the name of aluminum that corresponds to its periodic table symbol.
