What is the difference between bonding, nonbonding, and antibonding orbitals when it comes to bond order and Lewis structures?

When antibonding orbitals get populated, relevant bonds are weakened. When nonbonding orbitals get populated, the result tends to be represented as lone pairs of electrons in the Lewis structure.
