I searched its structure on ChemSpider, and got:

2-[(Methoxycarbonyl)oxy]benzoic acid

Kind of ugly, I know...

The base compound is benzoic acid, #"C"_6"H"_5"COOH"#, and ortho to the carboxyl group is the (methoxycarbonyl)oxy group.

Another way to name this is to use the methyl carbonate (the #"H"_3"C"-"O"("C"="O")"O"-#) as the base compound and treat the carboxyphenyl as a substituent, calling this:

o-carboxyphenyl carbonic acid methyl ester

At least there are less parentheses here...
