How can I remove solid from a supersaturated solution?

It really depends on what solution you're talking about. Generally, if a saturated solution is cooled down below the temperature at which the solute successfully dissolves in the solvent, it'll become supersaturated. Usually, the higher the temperature, the more easily the dissolving occurs. You can't get it out except by trying to scrape it out, or better, by heating it back up and dumping it out.
